Video Integration
The Virtual Care Solution provides you with the ability to participate in video and voice calls with other providers via an embedded communication application. The Virtual Care Solution application will automatically connect your host device's media components to these calls, including the microphone, camera, and speakers.
Users can join a video meeting as either a requester who created the virtual care request, or a remote provider who has accepted the virtual care request. The application displays the information for each meeting participant while they are in the meeting, including their name and title.
By default, video capability is on. Users can toggle video off and on while they are participating in a virtual care session, so that providers can efficiently communicate verbally with the remote provider.
